Healthy Start Camera Extranet

Healthy Start was established by the 1991 Florida Legislature to help reduce Florida 's high infant mortality. Mercury New Media developed the Camera (Client Administration Management Evaluation and Reporting Application) system to track service provision to Healthy Start clients. Camera is a custom extranet application and data system that, beginning in 2007, will track details of service provision to all Healthy Start clients in Hillsborough County.
