Mercury developed a website and secure extranet that streamlines communication of all sale information. The resulting solution provides for real-time publication of vehicle inventory, email distribution of 8,000 sale reports every week and publication of consigner ads, sale schedules and auction regulations.

The MAO home page presents a summary of sale inventory and major announcements. An extensive and secure Dealer Area provides a great number of services and information to MAO dealers. Inventory lists for units running at auction are made available to dealers and updated every 20 minutes. Dealers can customize sale plans online to prepare them for their activities at MAO. Data on sold units and sale prices are made available to MAO dealers within 2 hours of the close of each auction. In-depth charts of sale price history are also made available to dealers in real time.
